可以表明国家已经积极采取有力的措施，战胜疫情。很快会恢复正常。
尽量不要让客户觉得疫情严重，引起恐慌。什么很多人出不了门，经济下滑，生意惨淡尽量不要涉及最好。
往好的方面去引导和回复客户。
